Rules and Regulations
- Payment must be made in full ($337.50) plus tax for the period of October 23rd to December 18th, (9 sessions) during registration week of October 4th to October 8th, 2010.
- Registration fees of $50.00 will be deducted should a parent decide to withdraw their child before Saturday November 6th, 2010. Should a parent decide to withdraw their child after this date there will be no refund.
- Payment can be made in full at the time of registration week of January 10th, 2011, ($600.00) plus tax or half ($300.00) plus tax at time of registration and the other half ($300.00) plus tax due February 12th, 2011, either by a post dated cheque or a credit card number. There will be no refunds after February 12th, 2011.
- Please be advised, there are no classes on February 26th, March 5th, and April 23rd, 2011.
- Parents are responsible to ensure the student’s weekly attendance
- Parents will be advised should their child not attend
- Assignments given by the tutor must be completed by the student
- Evaluations will be issued on the progress of the student
- Student must be respectful towards the tutor, insubordination will not be tolerated. Should this behavior not improve the student will be dismissed with no refund.
- Parent e-mails are mandatory because this will be the only means of communication between tutor & parent. Should a tutor be absent they will advise via e-mail. Should a student be absent the parent is responsible for contacting the tutor via e-mail to advise him/her.
- Please note that the subject program will be reviewed in its entirety, with obvious emphasize on the area of weakness the student has with the subject and therefore lack of attendance from the student will hinder the progress.
- CLDV will try to balance the number of students within each class, however a disparity could occur.
- Please realize that all tutors provided by CLDV are assigned in random process.
- Students are randomly placed in each of the classes. Once sessions have begun there is no movement within groups.
