- Children undergo a two week trial period for pre-school. Your child needs to be able to follow directions, understand and speak English or French. Those who are not yet ready are asked to come back when the child has acquired the mentioned basic skills.
- Have your child undress in the large classroom and then proceed to the Arts & Crafts (small room). Children are not allowed to play with any toys in the large classroom outside school hours.

- To better your child’s learning and development, the educators must be informed of any developmental delays that your child may have; language, cognitive, etc… This applies to all those that have signed the consent form.
- In order to insure that we can or cannot provide the best possible education for your child, it is important that you inform us of any condition: medical or other. This enables us to make a proper assessment and determine our ability as to whether we can provide service to your child. Non compliance with the above may result in the rescinding of your child’s acceptability and/or, his/her continuation in our program without any refunds of the sums paid.
- Your child should not be attending school if he/she is ill. If your child shows any signs of sickness, he/she will not be accepted at the pre-school on this day for his/her own good and also to protect other children. Should your child become sick during school hours, you or a guardian will be called and asked to pick him/her up from school. If your child is ill and given antibiotics or Tylenol, he/she must be kept at home. If any medication is to be administered, a medical form must be filled out. Please ask your educator. The educators will administer the proper medication according to the child’s medical allergy condition:

- Parents must leave and not linger in the corridor once they have dropped off their child in the classroom.
- It would be much appreciated that parents respect the educators arrival/dismissal time due to the program’s curriculum/lunch or departure for the day. The educators will be delighted to accommodate an appointment, to answer any questions or concerns regarding your child.
- Child’s birthday cupcakes: must be Duncan Hines vanilla or chocolate (made with water, no milk).
